WHIPPED INTO SHAPE

A performance of stories and cooking. I told the audience my food history, what I loved to eat as a child, how I became vegetarian, why I stopped, what I liked to cooked, and about the various diets I’ve tried. While telling these stories I cooked a curry with ingredients hidden under my shirt. I revealed and used each ingredient individually by stabbing the shirt and squeezing it out. When the meal was cooked I shared it with the audience.

Performed at tête during the “Fremdkörpereinwirkung” exhibition curated by Adrian Schiesser.
